Messy Chocolates will be closing our doors for about
9 months.
But the good news
is that I am only shutting down temporarily so I can
travel to and experience the cacao plantations
in Latin America first hand.
I'll be exploring new ways to cook and work with chocolate, and potentially
make
some new business partnerships. I'll also be traveling to Southeast Asia to find
new
exciting spices
and sample the exotic cuisine. I'll be keeping a blog on the adventure
and will post more details here soon!
