Messy Chocolates truffles are made from all-natural, local ingredients
to provide the freshest and healthiest treats.

We offer our truffles in two box sizes:

Mocha Truffle - locally roasted organic coffee (from Pilot House Coffee) brewed in
milk chocolate, then dipped in dark chocolate, topped with chopped milk chocolate
 

Chai Truffle - Assam black tea (from Zhi Tea) brewed in dark chocolate, mixed with fresh cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg,
then dipped in milk chocolate,
dusted with powdered spices

 

Coconut Curry Truffle - sweet curry and
coconut milk mixed in milk chocolate,
dipped in dark chocolate,
topped with light coconut flakes

Ginger Truffle - fresh ginger and crystallized
ginger mixed into a creamy white chocolate
center, dipped in more rich white chocolate,
topped with slivers of crystallized ginger

 

Wasabi Trufflee - dark chocolate mellows out the spicy wasabi mixed in the center,
then wrapped in more dark chocolate,
topped with a speck of wasabi

Texas Martini Truffle - a lime-infused dark chocolate center, dipped in more dark chocolate, Texas-sized and sprinkled with sea salt
 

 

Cappuccino Truffle - locally roasted organic coffee (from Pilot House Coffee) brewed in milk chocolate, then dipped in silky white chocolate, topped with a white "C"

Mint Truffle - fresh garden mint mixed in a dark chocolate ganache core, then dipped in pure
dark chocolate, three marks across the top
 

 

Cinnamon Chipotle Truffle - smoky chipotle
pepper and aromatic cinnamon meld into the
milk chocolate core, offset by the outer
dark chocolate, sprinkled with spiced powder

Citrus Basil Truffle - lemon and basil lighten
and accent the rich dark chocolate ganache
center, dipped in more dark chocolate,
topped with candied lemon zest
